Welcome to Flavored Arena. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to what follows. We've kept it as plain as we keep our ingredient lists.
Who we are
Flavored Arena (“we”, “us”) makes and distributes craft sodas and tonics developed with professional chefs. This site is operated by Flavored Arena, Inc., 18 Reservoir Street, New York.
These terms apply to every visitor and customer. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or place an order.
Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may update prices at any time, but changes never affect an order you’ve already placed.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order by email; a contract forms only once we’ve sent that confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect misuse.
Shipping & delivery
We ship chilled where available. Complimentary delivery applies to orders over $30. Estimated delivery windows are guidance, not a guarantee, and can shift for reasons outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please make sure that address is correct — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Returns & freshness
Because our products are perishable, we can't accept returns of opened or consumed items. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or past its best-before date, tell us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
To arrange a replacement, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Acceptable use
You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes only. Don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, resell our products without authorization, or misrepresent your identity.
Intellectual property
The Flavored Arena name, logo, recipes, copy, imagery, and site design are ours or our licensors'. Nothing here grants you a license to use them without our written permission.
Liability
We provide the site and products with reasonable care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Our products contain natural ingredients — please check the label if you have allergies or dietary requirements.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here always governs. Material changes will be noted by the “last updated” date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
